Great location, just a minute from the main square, 10 minutes to coach/train stations. Staff were friendly and room was very nice.

Breakfast was fairly limited (choice of 2 cereals, yoghurts, breads, ham and cheese), but enough to get you set up for the day

For the value we paid, our stay at this boutique hotel was absolutely worth it. The room was incredibly comfortable with the most wonderful bed, and everything smelled lovely, especially the lavender eye pillows they provided. Plus, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from some more variety.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the city center. The hotel had interesting architecture solutions and a cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all parts of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was one of the best I've ever had in my travels. a very pleasant experience at Boutique Hotel Chrysso.

The staff were kind and nice to us, they gave us some tips about what to do in the city which was quite helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, we were a few minutes away from the main attractions. The breakfast was tasty and enough to start the day.

The rooms were not in good condition, there were some issues with the heating system, and we had to ask for extra blankets. The noise from the street was very disturbing, making it difficult to sleep.

Staff in the breakfast room often don't speak English - sometimes it is difficult to order even a cup of coffee. There are hardly any sockets to charge a mobile phone.

Being able to visit the old town which was right there outside the front steps of the hotel.

Room was extremely small with a slanted ceiling. I bumped my head several times getting out of the bed and walking to the bathroom. Staff was friendly but extremely poor. It seemed that they had not been trained properly. After putting up a door sign to have the room cleaned, they did not clean the room. After telling them that the TV didn't work they promised to get it fixed and it didn't appear that they did anything. Tried to order room service. Was told that I had to go pick up the order. Was called by the front desk to pick up order. When I went to the restaurant the order wasn't ready, and they told me they would bring it to me. Order was delivered by in parts.

The position and male receptionists very good

Was so angry and shocked as they had pornography playing on big reception tv when my 8 yer old son and I returned from dinner. Appalling! Was also noisy with dance music playing till late and cigarett smoke coming in single window. Not recommended!

I recently stayed at Boutique Hotel Chrysso for a weekend getaway. The hotel is beautifully renovated and conveniently located near the main pedestrian area. Our apartment was spacious and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection of food. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The minibar provided a good selection of drinks and the parking lot was just a short walk away.

Can just recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. The amenities in the room were top-notch, from the air conditioning to the tea and coffee facilities, everything was thoughtfully provided. The hotel itself had a cozy atmosphere and was beautifully decorated. it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend staying here.
